In 2017 our company made a lot FDC-MAIN board for Bulgarian car tanker. This is a kind of Bulgaria go-ver-ment , so it requests quick delivery time with high level quality. The first batch delivery time only give us 15 days, but usually for this kind of board our delivery time is between 25~30 days. But as this project is a challenge for us , so we decide to try meet client requests.

Not good for assembly: X4,X18,X17,X9 design are out of pcb layout, so we can’t make panel for some pcs pcb together , only one panel includes one pcs.

Some problems during assembly process:
LED don’t put into bake 24 hours before assembly beginning. As it is a kind of side light led, so we don’t use our experience to do like other led that need to be bake before assembly within 24 hours 60°, but after sample finish, we find bake still need to do otherwise it will influence led light .
Product function introduction:
It is a main control board that is used for CAR REFUELING MACHINE , it works with another WIFI board together to control the gasoline out speed. This board is the core control board inside the refueling machine. Control the work of the entire machine, the inside of the chip program controls the normal operation of the entire machine. So this board will be in a long-term live work, the remote original components to ensure board performance. Can work long hours with electricity.
Product market prospects:
This board is a very targeted product and can only be used on petrol stations. This is a Bulgarian tanker product. According to customers, it is now used on more than 20% of Bulgarian tankers and has a large market share. Is a new tanker control board.
